The merchants/retailers receive payment from PayPal without ever seeing your financial information.
Returns:
All sales are final, however if your item is not as described or does not get to you and we cannot verify through tracking it was received a full refund minus shipping will be processed or the item re-shipped upon your request.

Do we ship outside the US?
Yes we do? Shipping cost are often higher for outside the US. Please request a shipping quote before your purchase. Items outside the US will not be shipped until you are contacted, if there is an extra shipping cost.
