ORDERS and SHIPPING: Q & A
Q: How soon will my order be processed?
A: Your order will be processed as soon
as we receive notification of payment processed from Paypal or Google Checkout. Most
orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours or even less.
Q: How can I find out if my order has been shipped?
A: We ship through Paypal or
directly at the US postal Service website. Upon Shipment and Email with the tracking
number and information is sent to the buyer.
Q: How will I know if The “Little Used” Store has received my payment?
A: Upon
receipt of payment a Courtesy notice is sent to customers letting them know we received
their payment and thanking them for their purchases.
Q: What about out of stock items.
A: Items that are listed are usually available.
If an item is sold it is marked sold or out of stock. We a large inventory an lots
of items are being added throughout the week and should you need something feel free
to request it and we will search our inventory and check with our affiliates to see
if we can locate what you want or need.
Q: What about security? Is my credit card information secure.
A: Yes, your credit
card information is secure. Paypal and Google Encrypt information of sensitive information.
Q: What about my personal information? Is it shared with anyone?
A: No, we do not
sell, trade or share your personal information with anyone. We do need your correct
email address for verification and to contact you if there is any question about
your order. So please provide correct email and credit card information when ordering.
Q: What about return on defective or unwanted products?
A: We provide tracking with every order and you may purchase Postal insurance upon request. We do not provide refunds except under the following circumstances. If we cannot prove through tracking that your order was received we will refund the full purchased price + shipping.
Q: What if I change my mind about an order after the order is already been placed.
A: If
the order has already gone to the warehouse or has been shipped, you must refuse
delivery of the shipment. In this case you will be charged for the shipping plus
a 15% restocking fee.
Q: How will the charges show up on my credit card billing statement.
A: The billing
statement will reflect the charges from Innovative Services & Associates.
Q: What shipping methods do you use?
A. All items are shipped priority mail or first class 3 – 5 days to arrive. If shipping cost does not cover full price for shipping it is then sent parcel post. Books are sent media Mail or first class dependant on weight. Items 13 oz or less are shipped first class. We generally us the US Post Office to support our Country and because other companies use the “Knock and Drop” Method of shipping. The US postal service will try to deliver 3 times and leave a pink slip to make arrangements if you are not at home. However we will ship UPS ground upon request .

Standard shipping includes parcel post, media mail and or Priority Mail USPS. Overnight and 2 day service available at customer expense provided all items in stock. We do not intend to make money on shipping. We only charge the standard priority mail rates of what the shipping company charges us.)

We Provide Customs tracking for International orders, but can only track it up to the point it has left the United States through the US postal service. We cannot guarantee any outside US package as we cannot track it any farther than that.
UPS and the Postal Service ask us to inform customers that we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery or any other holiday. However, following our shipping suggestions can increase your chances.
